Urgent Care Specialist

We have an opening for a Physician to join our team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have experience in urgent care or emergency medicine, with the ability to treat both adult and pediatric patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of clinical services, including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections.
They will also be required to assess, diagnose and treat acute episodic conditions, recognize serious conditions and direct patients to appropriate levels of care, and deliver high-quality patient experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide urgent care or emergency medicine services to adult and pediatric patients.
- Assess, diagnose and treat acute episodic conditions.
- Recognize serious conditions and direct patients to appropriate levels of care.
- Deliver high-quality patient experiences in a fast-paced environment.
- One year of full-time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting preferred.
- Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages) required.
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
