Job Description:

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and assistance in the community. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Current and valid Driver's Licence and insured, reliable motor vehicle
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in use of technology such as smartphones, email and internet
