Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Rheumatology and Persistent Pain Service at Launceston General Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance access to specialist rheumatology services in Northern Tasmania.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience in musculoskeletal conditions, chronic disease health care principles, contemporary nursing theory, and practice. They will possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to function effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.

We seek a skilled and experienced nurse who can demonstrate clinical leadership and exercise professional judgement and initiative while working independently. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work autonomously, and have a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
