Job Description:

The Coordinator, Student Advice will be responsible for overseeing a student services team and coordinating academic administration functions. The role requires a high level of service to be provided to students in a multichannel environment.

The Coordinator will coordinate resources and rostering, manage quality assurance, monitor performance and provide coaching and training to ensure the team is competent and confident in delivering agreed benchmarks and expectations.

This role is part of a collaborative leadership team supporting the Senior Coordinator, Student Advice in driving innovation and improvement, and supporting the implementation of systems, processes and work practice changes that promote effective team working.
