Student Administrator Opportunity

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you will be working closely with the Student Management Coordinator to support the administrative processes of off-shore students. As a key member of the team, you will ensure accurate student and course enrolment information is recorded through our Institute's Student Management System (SMS). Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively will enable you to provide timely and professional support to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Student Management Coordinator with day-to-day administrative functions.
  • Record accurate student and course enrolment information using the Institute's SMS system.
  • Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face and phone interactions.
  • Prepare and provide statistical data on enrolments and cancellations as required by the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing high-quality administrative services.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
