Learning and Development Advisor

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Advisor to coordinate and support the development and delivery of effective leadership programs and organisational capability development initiatives.

 

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in coordinating and supporting the development and delivery of effective leadership programs and organisational capability development initiatives, knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, and strong project management skills.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and supporting the development and delivery of effective leadership programs and organisational capability development initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance and foundation training requirements are met
  • Developing and delivering the annual corporate learning program
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives
  • Providing advice and support to managers and employees on learning and development opportunities
  • Managing relationships with external training providers and stakeholders
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of learning and development trends, tools, and techniques

 

Applicants should have a relevant degree or diploma in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related field, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Requirements:

 

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience in coordinating and supporting the development and delivery of effective leadership programs and organisational capability development initiatives
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience in compliance and foundation training
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in the use of learning management systems and e-learning platforms
