About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Rail Trades Account Manager to join our team at Programmed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, leveraging your extensive network and expertise.
  • Recruit top talent to meet the needs of our customers and drive operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance safety and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in civil and rail operational or corporate environments, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong professional network in civil and rail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to act professionally in all circumstances, with a self-motivated and career-oriented approach.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary package, including a base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.

In addition, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a range of employee benefits and discounts.
