About the Role at Dialpad

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dialpad's growing team in AU as a Senior Sales Representative, Mid Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the complete sales process from start to finish, working closely with Sales Leadership and Sales Engineers to take medium-sized business prospects to active Dialpad clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Owning the entire sales process, including converting leads into workable pipeline.
  2. Building strategic outbounding campaigns and sequencing to source opportunities.
  3. Collaborating with Sales Leadership and Sales Engineers to achieve sales objectives.

What You'll Bring:

  1. 3-5 years of full sales cycle experience in an ever-changing environment.
  2. Experience in managing & closing strategic deal cycles that include multiple business units and stakeholders.
  3. Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales (including UCaaS and/or CCaaS).
