Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure and capital projects from concept to completion.

  • Coordinate project activities, including scoping, planning, timeframes, quality, and risk management
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including upgrades to existing property and new capital works
  • Ensure project deliverables meet relevant constraints, including procurement, governance policies, and stakeholder requirements
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes
  • Lead or contribute to comprehensive project plans, including coordination with stakeholders
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues
Requirements:
  • Experience in overseeing multiple projects at various phases
  • Demonstrated team player with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven capability to deliver high-quality project outcomes as Owner's Representative
  • Extensive experience across all phases of building projects
  • Success meeting key performance indicators for time, quality, and budget
