Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of major infrastructure projects, focusing on design coordination and compliance.
  • Manage approvals processes for concurrent projects, ensuring all documentation meets internal stakeholder requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure submissions meet compliance standards, including design documentation and sequencing of approvals.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external consultants, ensuring clarity of requirements and timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain records of approvals progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues to maintain programme integrity.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, ideally with exposure to tenancy coordination or fit-out within complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of development and building approvals processes, including document preparation, compliance tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain oversight of key milestones.
Requirements and Expectations
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working in regulated or secure environments is advantageous.
