Job Title: Infrastructure Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure delivery team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple projects and programs.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement project plans, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

You will also be responsible for managing project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting to senior management. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

  • Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Manage project documentation, track progress, and report to senior management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g., engineering, construction management).
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, SAP).
