Coordinate Complex Projects

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team for a 3-month engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating consulting resources to complete projects efficiently and profitably according to our project framework.
The role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and some technical knowledge of IT infrastructure.
Key Skills Required:- Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure or Microsoft Product Suite
- Minimum 3 years project coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to delegate effectively, direct, and lead technical consultants
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to autonomously manage day-to-day client and project issues
- Ability to work in a billable hour target environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously across multiple teams
- Logging project issues, risks, and actions against project documentation
- Supporting consultants to ensure adherence to the project framework
- Working with consultants and customers to develop project schedules
- Ensuring project teams receive necessary project information
- Timely updating of project schedules and registers
- Adhering to change management policy and capturing out-of-scope works
- Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMI)
- Professional services or IT consulting management experience
