Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects, focusing on design coordination and compliance.
  • Your key task will be to manage approvals processes for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring all documentation is reviewed, tracked, and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
  • Ccoordinate project teams to ensure submissions meet compliance standards, including design documentation, stakeholder inputs, and sequencing of approvals.
  • Liaise between internal teams and external consultants to ensure clarity of requirements and timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of approvals progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues where necessary to maintain programme integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider project and approvals team to ensure seamless integration of tenancy works into the broader development.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, ideally with exposure to tenancy coordination or fit-out within complex environments.
  • A strong understanding of development and building approvals processes, including document preparation, compliance tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • You should be highly organised, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and maintain oversight of key milestones.
  • A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
