Job Overview

The Head of HR Operations oversees the delivery of expert and timely advice and consultancy services to leaders and staff. The role collaborates across People & Culture, seeking input, sharing ideas, and providing strategic input into People Strategy delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of HR generalists delivering end-to-end HR advisory and support services
  • Provide strategic input into People & Culture priorities and workforce planning
  • Advise Council leaders and staff on people management, performance and change
  • Oversee employee relations, industrial relations, and change management
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Health, Safety & Wellbeing and related functions
Requirements

You will have a tertiary qualification in human resources or industrial relations, with demonstrated experience in managing a business partnering team and enterprise bargaining processes in a complex environment.
