Job Type: CGC is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join its leadership team in New South Wales. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing procurement processes, and providing guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Setup and Management: Collaborate with project teams to establish effective project structures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

2. Procurement and Contract Management: Develop and implement procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to achieve business objectives.

3. Training and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, focusing on commercial skills development and knowledge sharing.
