About This Opportunity

Are you a results-driven professional seeking to leverage your financial expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality financial support and business direction to our clinical and non-clinical portfolios.

Your primary focus will be on providing comprehensive, efficient, and timely financial services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will work closely with department managers to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies, ensuring the continued success and growth of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with department managers to provide strategic financial guidance and support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional certification (CPA Australia or CAANZ)
  • Proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
