Senior Financial Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Strategy Manager to join our rapidly growing SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department heads to influence commercial decisions and drive profitability through financial guidance on pricing, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders by delivering monthly reporting packs with variance analysis and executive commentary.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting across different departments while building dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and investment decisions.
  • Analyse key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and NRR in partnership with Sales and Marketing to assess campaign ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
Requirements:
  • CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles.
  • Prior exposure to SaaS, tech, or subscription-based business models is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and demonstrated ability with BI tools and dashboard creation are essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present to SLT are required.
  • A commercial mindset with a passion for data-driven strategy is necessary.
