**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our growing Farm Milk Collection team at McColl's Transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational requirements to meet business needs;
  • Support the Regional Manager to coordinate all aspects of operations;
  • Maintain paperwork in accordance with regulatory and business requirements;
  • Support operations internal processes of induction, training, and performance records;
  • Compliance management and support administrative implementation and adherence of the Health & Safety Management systems and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a rotating roster;
  • Exposure to tanker work (preferred);
  • Willingness to obtain a HC or MC licence;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Strong focus on doing the job safely and compliantly;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and guidelines.
