Job Overview:

Sustain Recruit is seeking an exceptional Superannuation Fund Support Specialist to join our team. As a Member Service Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting members via inbound contact support, delivering exceptional service and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide a first-class support service to existing members across a range of general inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their concerns.
  • Inbound Queries: Respond to inbound calls and written queries from current and potential members, employers, and authorized third parties regarding the fund's superannuation products, demonstrating a deep understanding of our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the administration and superannuation team to support internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Knowledge: Possess a general knowledge of superannuation, customer service, and administration processes, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Experience: Leverage previous experience in the financial services or superannuation industry to provide informed guidance and support to members.
  • Qualifications: Hold RG 146 certification, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Communication: Employ strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with members, employers, and internal stakeholders.
