About the Role

Join our team as a Building Services Coordinator to work on a major data centre project in Sydney. This is an exceptional opportunity to learn from one of the best in the business and work towards becoming a Building Services Manager.

  • You will be responsible for Mechanical or Electrical packages on this large-scale project.
  • You should have strong building services knowledge, with a trade or degree background, and at least 7 years' experience in commercial construction delivery.
  • Extensive experience working with Elec or Mech services on projects over $100m is essential.
  • Able to motivate and mentor those around you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and work closely with Tier 1 Services Sub-contractors and other Service Trades effectively.
  • Work directly under the Services Manager, as part of a team, and attend all meetings and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
To Be Successful In This Role You Would Require
  • Strong focus on building services with relevant qualifications and extensive industry experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial construction projects successfully.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive teams forward.
