Job Opportunity

The Coordinator Infrastructure Project Delivery position is a key role in leading a project delivery team. This team member reports directly to the Manager Infrastructure Project Delivery and utilizes leadership, strategic, and operational management skills to lead a team towards achieving strategic objectives.

This big-picture thinker is self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and maintains high standards. They are capable of fostering a positive culture, possess negotiation and interpersonal skills, challenge the status quo, and manage day-to-day project delivery within a highly skilled team.

Essential qualifications include a degree or diploma/trade qualification in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Project or Contract Management, Building/Construction, along with extensive industry experience and proven leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a positive culture within the team
  • Manage daily project activities and achieve organizational objectives
  • Utilize leadership, strategic, and operational management skills to lead a team
  • Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines for process improvement
  • Prepare contract documentation and assess quotes/tenders
Requirements:
  • Project/contract management expertise in multi-disciplinary infrastructure/construction projects
  • Leadership capability to foster a positive team culture aligned with organizational values
  • Decision-making, negotiation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills to achieve best practices
  • Experience in recruitment, engagement, performance management, and retention
  • Advanced computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office and record-keeping systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience developing policies, procedures, and guidelines for process improvement
  • A valid driver's license

This job requires an individual who can think strategically, work collaboratively, and drive results. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
