Professional Office Coordinator for Neurosurgical Clinic

We are excited to partner with a prestigious neurosurgeon to find an exceptional Medical Receptionist. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a professional and compassionate environment.
As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Your key responsibilities include meeting and greeting patients, scheduling patient consultations, administering the front desk and patient clinics, managing medical records confidentially and efficiently, patient invoicing and receipting, liaising with other doctors, hospitals and medical representatives, and additional duties as required by the Practice Manager.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease
- Schedule patient consultations and manage the clinic's schedule effectively
- Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and patient clinics
- Manage medical records confidentially and efficiently
- Patient invoicing and receipting
- Liaise with other doctors, hospitals and medical representatives
- Additional duties as required by the Practice Manager
About You:
Requirements- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with medical software and office systems (Genie advantageous)
- A caring and patient-focused attitude
We offer a great environment, training opportunities, and encouraged to bring your own knowledge and experience to the role. The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
