About the Role

The Clinic Coordinator plays a vital role in the team at Sydney Ultrasound for Women, reporting to the Patient Services Manager. This position is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of receptionists/administrators
  • Provide reception and administration support to the clinic
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues
  • Coordinate the activities of both clinical and administrative support staff, focusing on patient care
  • Ensure caring, effective, and efficient delivery of services
  • Liaise with clinical staff to meet operational efficiency and effectiveness targets
  • Ensure the readiness of the facility, including stock control
  • Optimize the utilization of resources provided at the clinic
Requirements
  • Previous experience leading a team with the ability to build rapport across diverse groups
  • A strong customer service orientation
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Experience as a Practice Manager or Office Manager in a medical setting (advantageous)
  • A thorough understanding of MBS item numbers and billing
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and medical software
  • A willingness to fit in and embrace the Monash IVF Group Principles
