Event Manager Opportunity

This position is a fixed-term, part-time opportunity covering parental leave until August 2026. As the conference coordinator, you will oversee end-to-end in-house conference management for designated events.
- Develop and deliver RANZCP conferences each year, collaborating with local organising and scientific program committees.
- Create conference programs to support members' continuing professional development.
- Manage online systems for registrations, abstract submissions, certification, and event reporting.
To excel in this role, you'll need a minimum of three years' experience in conference and events coordination, including fiscal and sponsorship outcomes. A good knowledge of the events industry, events related software, and PCO operations is essential. Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable, as is a background in membership or nonprofit organisations.
What's On Offer:- A competitive salary up to $82,000 + leave loading and superannuation.
