- Follow event runsheets and manage client expectations">
- Oversee venue operations, including lighting, sound, and supplier management">
- Closing events and packing down venues according to procedures">
Requirements:

- RSA certification">
- Experience leading small crews or equivalent">
- A positive attitude and willingness to work hard when needed">
- Availability for late evenings and weekends">
