Job Opportunity: Events Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of all events across multiple venues.

About the Role

You will work closely with event supervisors and service staff to ensure successful event execution. This will involve confirming event details with guests and communicating information to relevant departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of events across multiple venues

  • Grow and build relationships with key business contacts

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional guest service skills and passion for delivering best-in-class experiences
  • Experience with reservation systems such as Seven Rooms or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing/organising events
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of functions and events
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • High level of attention to detail and organisation
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualification is advantageous
