We are seeking Sales Consultants to join our team across various locations. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, showcasing deep product knowledge, and managing the complete sales process from enquiry through to delivery.

About the Role

You will support customers in-store and online, providing tailored solutions through exceptional service and expert product knowledge. You will also be comfortable using digital tools such as Salesforce and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is efficient, flexible, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a personalised and engaging customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
  • Showcase deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
  • Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups
  • Utilise Salesforce and other digital tools to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms.
