About the Role
  • Provide a personalised and engaging customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
  • Showcase deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
  • Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups
  • Utilise digital tools to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints
About You

You are a customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment. You bring a balance of sales drive and genuine care, always aiming to deliver above expectations. You will also bring:

  • Proven experience in an automotive sales role is essential.
  • Specific experience with Utes and Trucks, and an understanding of customer needs in this segment is essential.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the products we represent.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms.
  • Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).
  • A valid driver's licence.
