Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional with exceptional customer service skills, expert product knowledge, and the ability to manage the end-to-end sales process with confidence.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable using digital tools and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is efficient, flexible, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a personalized and engaging customer experience from initial contact through to delivery
  • Showcase in-depth product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
  • Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups
  • Utilize software applications to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints

About You:

You are a results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment. You are passionate about vehicles, technology, and helping people find the perfect solution for their needs.

You will bring a balance of sales drive and genuine care, always aiming to deliver above expectations. Proven experience in a sales role is essential, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

A valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu) are required. Thorough and ongoing training will be provided to support you in all aspects of your role.
