Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to play a key role in delivering an exceptional vehicle sales journey.

This dynamic opportunity will see you represent a range of automotive brands, acting as a trusted advisor to support customers from initial enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.

Your focus will be on delivering tailored solutions through exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and the ability to manage the end-to-end sales process with confidence.

  • Provide a personalized and engaging customer experience throughout the sales journey
  • Showcase deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
  • Manage the complete sales process, including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups
  • Utilize digital tools to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints

About you: you are a customer-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You bring a balance of sales drive and genuine care, always aiming to deliver above expectations.

  • Proven experience in an automotive sales role is essential
  • Specific experience with Utes and Trucks, and an understanding of customer needs in this segment is highly desirable
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the products represented
  • The ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms
  • A valid driver's licence
