About This Role

We have multiple opportunities across various retail sites for Sales Professionals who can deliver a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey.

This role plays a key part in providing customers with a trusted advisor experience from initial enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a personalized customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
  • Showcase extensive product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
  • Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups
  • Utilize digital tools such as Salesforce and other platforms to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent experience across all customer touchpoints
About You

You are a customer-focused individual who excels in dynamic sales environments. You have a passion for cars, technology, and helping people find suitable solutions for their needs.

  • Proven experience in automotive sales is essential
  • A specific understanding of customer needs in the Utes and Trucks segment is required
  • A genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • A passion for the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the products represented
  • The ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms
  • Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu)
  • A valid driver's license
