**Job Summary**

The Trade Counter team requires an experienced Sales Assistant to provide excellent customer service, manage stock control activities, and assist customers accessing the products they need for their outdoor spaces.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide customer service and information about products
  • Offer quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Perform pick packing and stock control tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe branch environment
  • Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

**Requirements:**

  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to use a computer and learn new systems
  • Clean valid driver's licence and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Desire to develop their career
