About the Role
  • Manage high-volume caseloads of job seekers.
  • Engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready.
  • Deliver engaging group sessions to motivate participants and make them job ready.
  • Provide tools and confidence to enter the workforce.
  • Apply problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes.
About You
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in case management and overcoming objections.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives on achieving results and problem-solving.
  • Facilitate group training and adapt to challenging situations.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving business KPIs and targets.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential.
