">Job Description
">As a Learning Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing our Learning Management System (LMS) from set-up to content updates, quality checks, troubleshooting, and reporting.
">You'll also support our people by resolving learning-related enquiries, ensuring smooth onboarding, cross-boarding, and offboarding experiences.
">Additionally, you'll collaborate with P&C and IT teams to coordinate system changes, process improvements, and testing.
">Responsibilities

- Support our people by resolving learning-related enquiries.">
- Collaborate with P&C and IT teams to coordinate system changes and process improvements.">
- Maintain self-service resources and ensure the right information is in the right place at the right time.">
- Enable the business and wider Talent initiatives.">
Requirements
">- ">
- Demonstrated experience in a Learning Administrator or similar role.">
- Confidence working with P&C systems such as LMS, SuccessFactors, SNOW, or similar.">
- An eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.">
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.">
