As an Education Support Specialist, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional learning experiences in aged care, community services and disability.
Our team invests in our people, providing ongoing training, professional development, health and wellbeing programs, and flexible working options.
About the role:
- Provide administrative support to learners and teaching staff.
- Enhance student learning experiences through lesson planning, resourcing and assessment preparation.
- Work collaboratively with industry professionals and other stakeholders to achieve excellent outcomes.
About You:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Services or Disability (minimum).
- Demonstrated experience in relevant Industry (two years plus, gained in the last five years).
- Commitment to maintaining technical currency.
- Ability to understand relevant learning materials and assessment processes.
- Skills in the use of relevant information and communication technologies, including MS Office suite (advanced level desirable).
