Learning Experience Specialist

This role is a key position in creating exceptional learning experiences, focusing on solving complex learner experience problems.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing effective learning resources, activities, and assessments in higher education areas.
- They will work independently or as part of a distributed team using collaboration and project management tools.
- Key skills include high-level problem-solving, adaptability, innovation, and the ability to write high-quality student-facing material to appropriate qualifications frameworks and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
The Learning Experience Specialist will be responsible for:
- Developing engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Working with educators and subject matter experts to design and deliver effective learning experiences.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address learning gaps and opportunities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree with experience working in the education sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
- Experience with digital education technologies, including learning management systems, audio-visual, and interactive media.
