The Role
As a sales administration professional, you will work closely with the sales manager and a key account manager to deliver critical, efficient, and timely customer support. Your responsibilities will include preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and updating customer information using the CRM, while communicating with customers via inbound calls and emails to ensure a high degree of service is delivered.

Experience
To be considered for this role, you will have either customer service, inside sales, or data entry experience. Your attention to detail, coupled with the ability to prioritise and work towards tight timeframes and deadlines, will be looked upon favourably. You will place importance on delivering a first-class customer experience every time.
