Customer Support Specialist

The RoleAs a Customer Support Specialist, you will work closely with our Sales Manager and Key Account Manager to deliver exceptional customer support. Your responsibilities will include preparing quotations, processing sales orders, updating customer information using our CRM, and communicating with customers via inbound calls and emails.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have either customer service, inside sales, or data entry experience. You must possess excellent attention to detail, prioritisation skills, and the ability to work under tight timeframes and deadlines. Experience within defence is desirable.
