As a Career Transition Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through complex rehabilitation plans and facilitating their return to the workforce.
About You- You hold a tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology, preferably with a postgraduate degree.
- You are registered with relevant professional bodies such as AHPRA, AASW, or ASORC.
- You possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a strong focus on client-centred approaches.
- You will conduct assessments and provide guidance to clients navigating career changes and challenges.
- You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
- You will identify barriers to Return to Work (RTW) and develop programs to support injured employees.
- You will work closely with employers to educate them on the benefits of workplace wellness and injury prevention.
