Key Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a key member of our Operations Team. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling staff, coordinating with clients, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient forward planning of scheduled works.

The role involves working in partnership with the Operations Team to schedule staff based on qualifications and competency, liaising with clients to book servicing, repairs, inspections, and operational works, and ensuring the planned allocation of staff and resources maximizes efficiency.

You will also be responsible for organizing site access, passes, permits, and inductions for scheduled works, communicating with technicians and clients to meet expectations and provide excellent service, and responding to client requests and passing them on to relevant team members for resolution.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized with forward planning ability, experience in scheduling/coordination or administrative roles in similar industries, and the ability to create positive relationships with various people.

  • Work with Operations Team: Schedule staff based on qualifications and competency
