Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking an exceptional professional to join our People and Capability team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that plays a key role in shaping our workforce and building our brand across universities, communities, and careers.

About the Role
  • This position involves leading direct sourcing efforts through platforms like LinkedIn and Seek, building external talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and regional locations, collaborating closely with agency partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process, and maintaining a high standard of candidate care.

  • Provide regular reporting on key recruitment metrics to ensure our efforts are data-informed and continuously improving
