We're seeking an exceptional professional to join our People and Capability team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that plays a key role in shaping our workforce and building our brand across universities, communities, and careers.
About the Role- This position involves leading direct sourcing efforts through platforms like LinkedIn and Seek, building external talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and regional locations, collaborating closely with agency partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process, and maintaining a high standard of candidate care.

- Support hiring managers with interview training, question libraries, and guidance on unconscious bias
- Provide regular reporting on key recruitment metrics to ensure our efforts are data-informed and continuously improving
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across both agency and in-house environments
- Strong sourcing skills and a creative approach to candidate engagement
- A passion for employer branding and delivering exceptional candidate experiences
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders
- A strong commitment to DE&I principles and inclusive hiring practices
