As a Product Specialist, you will provide subject matter expertise to support the execution of the commercial strategy for Mass Spectrometry across Australia and New Zealand.
You will work closely with the Solutions Manager and Sales & Applications Teams to deliver Roche solutions to customers. This includes providing technical expertise, engaging with customers during the sales process, leading product evaluations, and supporting the Service team in IT and service-related issues remotely or at customer sites.
You will also be responsible for delivering software upgrades, site system design, and implementations. Additionally, you will provide consultation on solutions, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of Mass Spectrometry products to ensure the goals and objectives of Roche products are installed and integrated.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or diploma in Science/Laboratory Science with special emphasis on Mass Spectrometry. At least 5 years' experience working in related fields within the Australian Medical Diagnostic Industry is required.
Demonstrated laboratory experience in Mass Spectrometry, a clear understanding of business and technology strategies, and strong knowledge of the Mass Spectrometry discipline are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for success in this role.
Able to build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset are also required. Customer service-oriented and result-focused professionals with very good business acumen are encouraged to apply.
