Business Development Representative

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support the growth of our businesses across Victoria West and South Australia. As an ambassador of our company, you will bring our products and services to the market, demonstrating a clear understanding of customers' business and growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Nurture existing customers to grow repeat business and prospect for new customers to expand growth.
- Plan and execute business development strategies, achieve and surpass sales targets, and collaborate with departments to ensure customer success.
- Prepare business plans, territory plans, reports, and product solution documents, and prioritize sales activities to maximize customer engagement.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a scientific field such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry.
- Technical knowledge with practical solution selling experience, ideally in chromatography and/or mass spectrometry, and laboratory experience with a background in chromatography and mass spectrometry.
- An action-oriented mindset, effective communication and presentation skills, high organization, strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, maturity, and commitment.
