Key Responsibilities- Work closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive education programs tailored to the needs of staff and learners.
- Conduct assessments and provide ongoing support to ensure learners meet academic and clinical objectives.
- A minimum of five years' experience specialising in Intensive Care Nursing is essential.
- Previous education/facilitation experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within dynamic and diverse teams.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and achieve outcomes.
