Job Opportunity

The role of Clinical Nurse Educator in the Intensive Care Unit is a part-time position that focuses on facilitating workplace learning through clinical teaching, supervision, and support for all staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive quality and patient safety by delivering education, training, workshops, seminars, and clinical support to enhance staff development and improve patient outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of learning within the ICU by providing clinical teaching, supervision, assessment, and support for staff.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years' experience specializing in Intensive Care Nursing.
  • Previous experience in education or facilitation is essential.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build effective relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • High level of self-motivation, accountability, and ability to work independently.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • A relevant Postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
