Job Title: Critical Care Registered Nurse
We are seeking a skilled nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team.
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate ICU qualification and current ICU experience.
You will be responsible for identifying strategies that promote patient safety while promoting access and flow to the wards with an increase in patient acuity.
You will also provide clinical expertise and guidance for the ongoing management of tracheostomy patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and training to staff
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
