Clinical Nurse Educator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Educator in the Intensive Care Unit. As a skilled and experienced nurse educator, you will play a key role in supporting learning and development across various programs.

The successful candidate will have expertise in clinical teaching, supervision, and assessment, with a strong ability to facilitate workplace learning and support learners to meet program objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workplace learning through clinical teaching, supervision, and assessment.
  • Support learners within Graduate, Postgraduate, Introductory, and Specialty programs to meet program objectives.
  • Drive quality and safety within the hospital through education, training, workshops, seminars, and clinical support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • A relevant Postgraduate qualification.
  • Minimum of five years' experience specialising in Intensive Care Nursing.
  • Previous education/facilitation experience is essential.
