Euc Support Engineer

Overview Our client, one of Australia's most recognised and respected organisations, is seeking a motivated EUC Support Engineer to join their collaborative and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT professional with around 4-5 years of experience to gain exposure to a wide variety of modern technologies while working in a dynamic and positive environment.This is an onsite support role (5 days per week), ideal for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction and enjoys being the go-to problem solver for end users.
What We're Looking For We're seeking someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience4+ years in an EUC Support Engineer roleHands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including some device enrolment and application deploymentStrong knowledge of Windows 10 & 11Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under pressureCertifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (highly regarded)Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 servicesGood knowledge of Networking including TCP/IP concepts like DNS, DHCP etcExperience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNowExperience with Teams Rooms, Zscaler, CrowdStrike Nice-to-Have Skills Kronos clocksIf you're an enthusiastic team player with a passion for delivering outstanding end-user support, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now with your CV highlighting your relevant skills and experience.
