Data Driven Payroll Solutions Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Director - Payroll Data Analytics to lead the technical review of payroll remediation projects and spearhead wage compliance and accurate entitlement calculations.
The scope of work includes overseeing remediation projects, award reviews, leave accruals, superannuation guarantee remediation, and enforceable undertakings. The Director will also lead specific FBT focused engagements by building data models and leveraging robotic procedures to enhance efficiency.
Maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies such as the Australian Taxation Office and Fair Work Ombudsman is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, the Director will guide the team in coding, particularly in Alteryx, SQL, R, RPA, and data visualization tools for FBT functions.
- Over 9 years of experience in payroll data analytics are required.
- Proven experience with leading large, data-heavy engagements is essential.
- Strong technical skills in Alteryx, SQL, R, RPA tools, and data visualization are necessary.
- Demonstrated leadership within a Big Four accounting firm or equivalent is desired.
- Excellent client communication and business development skills are also required.
