Employee Master Data Officer – Melbourne CBD

We're on the lookout for detail-driven individuals who can make a big impact behind the scenes. As an Employee Master Data Officer, you'll ensure our HR and payroll systems run smoothly by keeping employee information accurate, consistent, and up to date.

This position will suit someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to play a key role in shaping the employee experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity of employee records across HR, payroll, and time & attendance platforms
  • Identify and resolve data errors quickly, ensuring minimal disruption for employees and managers
  • Partner with People & Experience teams and Payroll to support onboarding and day-to-day processes
  • Provide guidance to managers and stakeholders on data requirements and system processes
  • Contribute to process improvements that make workflows more efficient and user-friendly

About You:

  • Previous experience in HR administration, payroll support, or a data-focused role
  • A sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships across different teams
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Able to meet compliance requirements, including a National Police Check
